Discovery & Property Review

Every project starts with a conversation — not a sales pitch.

What happens in Discovery:

  • Preliminary scope discussion and budget alignment

Technology Design & Planning

Once we understand your project, we get to work designing the right solution — not the most expensive one.


Our design team develops a complete low-voltage design package tailored to your property type, budget, and long-term goals. Every system is designed to work together — access control, WiFi, structured cabling — so nothing is left to chance.


What happens in Design: 

  • Complete low-voltage design package development 
  • Structured cabling, access control, and WiFi backbone layout 
  • Code compliance review 
  • Design coordination with architect and engineering team 
  • Design review and owner approval before moving forward

GC & Architect Coordination

This is where most technology projects fall apart — and where Ensync earns its keep.


We coordinate directly with your general contractor, architect, and all relevant subcontractors to make sure the technology scope is fully integrated into the construction schedule. No RFIs, no surprises, no last-minute change orders because someone forgot to plan for conduit.


What happens in Coordination: 

  • Technology scope integrated into construction drawings 
  • Direct coordination with GC project manager 
  • Subcontractor pre-qualification and selection 
  • Construction schedule alignment for all technology milestones

Deployment & Installation

When it's time to build, we're on site — not waiting by the phone.

Ensync manages the full installation process, keeping all technology subcontractors coordinated, on schedule, and accountable. We conduct regular site visits, track installation milestones, and address issues before they become problems.


What happens in Deployment: 

  • On-site presence during critical installation phases 
  • Subcontractor oversight and quality control 
  • Progress tracking against construction schedule 
  • Issue identification and resolution in real time 
  • Regular updates to GC and ownership team

Closeout & System Testing

We don't hand over the keys until everything works — and we can prove it.


Before certificate of occupancy, Ensync conducts a full system test and walkthrough to verify every component is functioning as designed. We document everything and train your property management team so they're confident operating the systems from day one.


What happens in Closeout: 

  • Full system testing and performance verification 
  • Final walkthrough with ownership and property management
  •  Staff training on all installed systems 
  • Complete documentation and as-built drawings 
  • Certificate of occupancy support
