From your first conversation with Ensync to final system commissioning — here's exactly how we work, what you can expect, and how we keep every project on track.
Most technology problems on multifamily projects don't happen because of bad products — they happen because of bad process. Wrong vendors, miscommunication, missing scope, late changes.
Ensync's 6-step process was built specifically to eliminate those problems. Every step has a clear purpose, a clear owner, and a clear deliverable. You always know where your project stands and what comes next.
Every project starts with a conversation — not a sales pitch.
We take time to understand your goals, your timeline, your budget, and the specific challenges of your property. Whether you're breaking ground on a new development or upgrading an existing community, we ask the right questions before we make a single recommendation.
What happens in Discovery:
Once we understand your project, we get to work designing the right solution — not the most expensive one.
Our design team develops a complete low-voltage design package tailored to your property type, budget, and long-term goals. Every system is designed to work together — access control, WiFi, structured cabling — so nothing is left to chance.
What happens in Design:
This is where most technology projects fall apart — and where Ensync earns its keep.
We coordinate directly with your general contractor, architect, and all relevant subcontractors to make sure the technology scope is fully integrated into the construction schedule. No RFIs, no surprises, no last-minute change orders because someone forgot to plan for conduit.
What happens in Coordination:
When it's time to build, we're on site — not waiting by the phone.
Ensync manages the full installation process, keeping all technology subcontractors coordinated, on schedule, and accountable. We conduct regular site visits, track installation milestones, and address issues before they become problems.
What happens in Deployment:
We don't hand over the keys until everything works — and we can prove it.
Before certificate of occupancy, Ensync conducts a full system test and walkthrough to verify every component is functioning as designed. We document everything and train your property management team so they're confident operating the systems from day one.
What happens in Closeout:
Our relationship doesn't end at closeout — it's just getting started.
Ensync remains available as your long-term technology partner. Whether you need troubleshooting support, future upgrades, or a technology assessment for your next acquisition, we're here. Our clients call us back because they trust us — and that trust is built one successful project at a time.
What ongoing support looks like:
Jeremiah Dowell is personally involved in every project. You're never handed off to a junior rep or a call center.
We own the entire technology scope from design to delivery. If something isn't right, we fix it — no finger-pointing.
Every step of our process was designed specifically for multifamily construction and operations — not adapted from a different industry.
Let's start with a conversation about your next project.
